Sometimes meeting participants are identfied as duplicates

Sometimes in some meetings, certain participants who joins from browser are getting identified as two. After 3 or 4 minutes, the “duplicate” participant leaves the call. Can you please provide any guidance on how to solve this issue.

Are these participants leaving the meeting and re joining? If so, this could be the reason why
Also, are you holding these meetings in the Zoom client or is this an application that you have developed?
