Speaker view with share screen in Zoom Webinar

Our customers have reported the below issue when using Zoom Webinar, can you please elaborate on this problem?

When I share my slides in Zoom webinar, attendees only see the slides. How can I change this so they see the speaker next to the slides

when in webinar mode we can’t work out how we can still see the panel of speakers when sharing screen - any ideas
