Hello Zoom Developer Support,
We are blocked from resubmitting our app for Request to Share review. Clicking “Request to Share” returns HTTP 409 with code 1401 and message “cannot submit app for review with pending unacknowledged or replied notes”.
The blocking note is titled “App Beta - Insufficient Evidence” (note ID 15iLZq3bROGsEXLErl5_zg). Its status is SUBMITTED and we need it ACKNOWLEDGED, but the Acknowledge action is not exposed in our developer view for this note type.

We have already addressed every item from the rejection: a 44-page evidence pack (SSDLC, Information Security Policy, Incident Response Policy, Vulnerability Management Procedures, Infrastructure & Dependency Management Policy, SAST report via Semgrep CE with 0 High/Critical, DAST report via OWASP ZAP baseline with 0 FAIL) is uploaded in the Architecture Diagram slot. Our Privacy Policy is live at portal[dot]censusconsultores[dot]com[dot]ec and includes explicit Zoom data-handling disclosures. TLS 1.2+ is enforced end-to-end.
Please either (a) acknowledge note 15iLZq3bROGsEXLErl5_zg on our behalf, or (b) enable the Acknowledge action in our developer view, so we can resubmit. We emailed Zoom Marketplace Support on June 5 with no response yet.
