Stuck Security Review - Cannot acknowledge note

Hello Zoom Developer Support,

We are blocked from resubmitting our app for Security review. Clicking “Acknowledge” on the "FAIL: Cacheable HTTPS Response" note returns HTTP 409 with code 1401, message “Cannot acknowledge note.”

We fixed the security issue and would like to resubmit our app, but currently we are unable to do so.

Hi Ferenc,

Could you please try logging out and logging back into the same account, clearing your cache, and also confirming that your role hasn’t changed within the account where the app was created?
