Submit button disabled after acknowledging reviewer comments (Marketplace submission)

We acknowledged reviewer comments in the Marketplace submission review, but the Submit button is now disabled.

The app status shows: “Create request submitted / Waiting for Zoom approval”.

Is this expected behavior after acknowledging reviewer feedback?
