Submit/Resubmit Button Not Appearing After Addressing All Review Notes (App ID: fZWYNWYJRFqYt9wqUI79Uw)

Description

I am developing an OAuth app called “Shikumi Yoyaku” (App ID: fZWYNWYJRFqYt9wqUI79Uw) for a reservation system that integrates with Zoom meetings. After addressing all 7 review notes from the functional review, the Submit/Resubmit button is not appearing in the Marketplace dashboard.

Review Notes Addressed (All 7 Completed)

  1. Support URL: Changed from placeholder to production URL (https://yoyaku.shikumill.com/support)
  2. Documentation URL: Added integration guide (https://yoyaku.shikumill.com/docs/zoom-integration)
  3. OAuth Redirect URL: Changed from localhost:3000 to production domain (https://yoyaku.shikumill.com/api/oauth/zoom/callback)
  4. Regional Note: Added explanation about Japan-specific service
  5. App Images: Uploaded required screenshots and icons
  6. Account Upgrade: Upgraded Zoom account from Basic to paid plan
  7. Deauthorization Webhook: Configured endpoint (https://yoyaku.shikumill.com/api/webhooks/zoom/deauthorize)

All review notes now show green checkmarks in the dashboard.

How To Reproduce

  1. Log into Zoom Marketplace Developer Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the app “Shikumi Yoyaku” (App ID: fZWYNWYJRFqYt9wqUI79Uw)
  3. All 7 review notes are addressed with green checkmarks
  4. Expected: Submit/Resubmit button should appear
  5. Actual: No Submit button is visible anywhere on the page

Previous Support Ticket

I submitted a support ticket (TS2153464) about this issue, but it was closed with the response that it is “related to the configuration of your Zoom integration” and was recommended to post on this Developer Forum instead.

Questions

  1. Is there a cache issue or delay in the dashboard recognizing the addressed review notes?
  2. Are there any hidden requirements beyond the 7 review notes that need to be satisfied?
  3. Is there a way to manually trigger a re-evaluation of the app status?

Hello The App was Submitted yesterday and is actively on our Queue while submitted the button to submit is disabled.
