When using the zoom api to create user_info object we encode the special characters in first_name and last_name. The user is created but it is a poor customer experience when a user joins the call and sees an encoded version of their name rather than their name including the special characters.
For companies with a global reach this has a big impact on our customers’ Zoom experience with us.
For now i am specifically referring to latin characters.
I noticed you brought in special character support for the password field.
Are you able to support special characters in first_name and last_name?
