The video is zoomed in after camera is turned off/on

Description

I encountered unexpected behavior of video. When the video is first downloaded during a call, it raises no questions. But if I turn the camera off and on during a session, i.e. to do stream.stopVideo() and stream.startVideo(), the video will be zoomed in. How can I fix it or how can I regulate it?

How To Reproduce

  1. Make call
  2. Turn off the camera during a call
  3. When I turn on a camera, the video is zoomed in.
  • Device: MacBook Pro
  • OS: macOS Monterey 12.0.1
  • Browser: Chrome 109.0.5414.87

Thank you for posting in the Zoom Developer Forum. Can you share a screenshot of the behavior you are seeing when turning the camera off and on during a session? Additionally, are you see this behavior only on Chrome or other browsers as well?
