Our production app is in a different Zoom account and we’d like to transfer it to our primary account.
Are there any pitfalls we should be wary of if we were to transfer the app to a different org account?

I do not think that you will be able to transfer your app from one account to another one.
You can transfer apps within users in the same account but not to external accounts.
If you would like to transfer the app between accounts, you will need to reach out to our Suppor team and they should be able to assist you with this.
