I would like to transfer ownership of our developed Zoom app to another user on our account - the developer who is going to own it going forward. I see elsewhere that this isn’t supported in a self-service manner right now but can be actioned by Zoom. To where should I email this request?
Hi @simon, yes this does currently have to be handled individually. We’re working on providing better tools for this.
Can you email developersupport@zoom.us with the userID / email & app you would like to transfer from, and the new userID / email you would like to transfer to?
Clicking transfer app will prompt a confirmation to transfer the app. You can only transfer the app to another person within your account. Once transferred, the original developer will no longer be able to update this app.
Note: if the option to transfer App ownership is not available the Admin of the account will have to submit a request to developersupport@zoom.us.
