Transferring A Zoom App Across Accounts/Organizations

Hello,

We had recently created a Zoom app under a Zoom account and transferred our accounts over to a different Account group. We were wondering if it was possible to transfer/copy over the app we created which is no longer in the developer’s account. Is there a way to recover the app or transfer it to the new account? Please let me know, thank you so much.

Yes, please submit a request for your app transfer with all the necessary information:

  • account ids of the app owner and who it’s being transferred to, production client id, explicit transfer consent, and have the previous and new owners CC’d in the communication
