Hello! First time posting here and not actually developer but was advised by Zoom Support to post here.
We’re using Tray to integrate Zoom and Salesforce. Creating a campaign on SF triggers a flow which creates that same event on Zoom. It’s working well so far.
For the webinar workflow, we’re having trouble enabling Panelist Video to be ‘True’ / ‘On’. We’ve enabled this in the Tray flow but it’s not being reflected in the webinar.
We don’t have this issue for ‘Participant Video’ for Meetings.
Is this an issue anyone else has encountered? What should we be checking? Or is this an ongoing issue with the API (V2)?
