I am looking to trigger an event [survey email being sent to attendees, etc] automatically upon a meeting ending. I submitted a feature request for a post-meeting survey option, and in the meantime I’d like to know if and how anyone else might have worked out a solution through an existing integration or scripting [etc.] for making a thing happen upon a meeting ending. Any advice?

you should get a “*s Call Status: NOT_IN_MEETING” when a meeting ends.
Another one is " *e CallDisconnect success : on" which lets you know when a meeting has disconnected successfully.
