Description
I’m experiencing the same issue outlined here:

Trouble with wordpress plugin - invalid access token and error 4700

The plugin being used is listed here: Video Conferencing with Zoom – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org

I’m attempting to connect the plugin to Zoom using JWT.

Error
Testing the API connection results in an “invalid access token” error.

Which App Type (OAuth / Chatbot / JWT / Webhook)?

Additional Info
I’ve attempted to refresh the secret key multiple times and have also toggled the JWT activation on and off multiple times. It appears a member of the support team was able to perform some sort of back-end reset for others who posted in the thread that I linked above.

Developer impacting changes during COVID-19 I was able to find this where the issue is reported to have been fixed. I believe I need to have my JWT app reset.
