Txt, Meta Data, html file to root not working getting internal error from zoom

Hello Zoom Support,

I would like to request manual verification of my domain. I am unable to complete verification using the standard methods getting internal error message from zoom.

These are the option I tried with given steps

  • Add TXT Record to your domain(need to login to your domain host)
  • Upload an HTML file to your domain
  • Add a tag to your domain’s page

Please let me know what documentation you require.
