Unable to Activate Zoom App from Draft Mode for Internal Use

Zoom Apps Configuration - I am working with a general app that is currently in draft mode for internal organizational use.
Description - I am attempting to activate my Zoom app for internal use only, but I am unable to activate the app from draft mode.
Troubleshooting Routes - I have checked the app settings and reviewed the documentation, but I haven’t been able to resolve the issue.

Could you check that all required fields or checkboxes are filled out or checked before attempting to publish

I have already added the necessary scopes and event subscriptions while the app is in development mode. Is there something I’m missing to update the app’s status from ‘Draft’ to ‘Live’?
