Unable to hear each other while the metting is being held

Adari Srinivas has attended the meeting with another participant Bangaru Rajesh, but both parties were unable to hear each of them, there was lot of disturbance. Adari Srinivas has faced such issues earlier as well.

Which Desktop Meeting SDK version?
Version is unknown - Adari Srinivas had joined from Desktop app - windows 11 and Bangaru Rajesh had joined via mobile application of Zoom
