Unable to see Meeting Scopes in add Scopes of Server-to-Server app

we are experiencing an issue with the server-to-server app scope update. We are unable to locate certain scopes required for the summary GET API. In our chat, we received a suggestion to delete and recreate the app; however, this is not feasible as the app is currently in use.

meeting_summary:read, meeting_summary:read:admin we are unable to add these scopes.
