and we are trying to submit the review using the owner’s account.

Thank you for your assistance with my issue. I’m glad to inform you that after following the steps you provided, I was able to successfully press the submit button.
Interestingly, this not only resolved the issue mentioned in this thread but also fixed another problem I was experiencing with the SDK initialization, which I had described in this separate inquiry: Meeting SDK v6.2.5 Initialization Failure on Android (Error 5, Internal Code 124) Since March 18th JST
