Unable to Upload

I have bought a paid version of zoom to upload my files and recorded meetings on a cloud but unfortunately, I am unable to do it. Files uploaded but when I refresh the page there is no file on my account. I have an important meeting this Friday with my clients and want to upload that meeting. I also want to upload some of my LinkedIn Articles on a cloud but facing the same problem. Can anyone guide me that what could be the issue is?

Do you mind clarifying for me what storage you’re referring to? You said you want to upload some LinkedIn articles, but our cloud recording storage is for zoom recordings.
