Description
We are running into an issue with our Zoom Developer Marketplace app. Unauthorized users are failing to join meetings with error “Unable to join meeting (Error:13296).”
Our Meetings SDK app can no longer join meetings hosted by external accounts. I have resubmitted the app to Request Anonymous Join Exception and the app was approved yesterday, but users can still not join meetings.
We are trying to figure out how to fix this issue and allow users to join meetings again on our application. This had been working up until around 2 weeks ago and then suddenly failed.
This is blocking users in our production environment from using our app, so we are looking for any advice or help on this.

How To Reproduce
Launch our app and try to join a meeting without being signed into Zoom.
