Event Subscription Disabled for Our Zoom App

My Zoom App’s Event Subscription was disabled, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. I was directed here by the support center.

Details:

  • The Event notification endpoint URL validation was executed without any errors.
  • However, immediately after the validation, I received an email notification that the Event Subscription was disabled.
  • Despite this, the Zoom App still indicated that the Event notification endpoint URL was validated.
  • Subsequently, the Event Subscription was indeed disabled.

Questions:

  1. Where can I find information about why my Event Subscription was disabled?
  2. Are there any effective measures I can take to recover quickly from this situation? If anyone has experience with this issue, I would appreciate your advice.

Currently, we are not experiencing this issue as it was resolved by updating our Zoom App.
However, we still do not understand why the issue happened in the first place.
As a result, we are very concerned about when it might be disabled again.

Any insights or guidance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
