We are using the latest version of the Meeting SDK for Web as of now (3.11.2).
We have a web client implementation where guests join an ongoing meeting (created using the personal room from a Pro plan user account).
The issue is that many users are reporting an “Unknown error” message at the time of joining the meeting, or during the meeting itself (moment in which they get kicked out of the meeting and get that same error when they try to join again).

This happens in different browsers, device types (mobile and desktop), OS, etc.
The main problem for us is that we can’t find a way to even debug that. We can’t reproduce the problem and we can’t find any type of logs anywhere related to this. We do get some logs when the join()
function fails, but the error above is unrelated to that, it doesn’t show in those logs.
Any help on how to get those logs or figure out what’s causing this error would be much appreciated.
