In the documentation it shows that this command is available, but it is failing on version 16 of OSX.

Hi, you must enter the callid of the person you are trying to hang up on, example:
zCommand Dial PhoneHangUp CallId: oCo7mCnH2o8fEIxl5A-h9w..1fb31480@16692714630.zoom.us
