Unwanted banner ads in client for paid account

Per support ticket #17865414, I was directed by your support rep to put in a request here that the incredibly annoying, user-hostile banner ads that periodically appear in my desktop client (trying to upsell me on other Zoom product offerings, even though some of those offerings aren’t even available to customers with a single user) be disabled from my account. To be clear, I have a paid account, and indeed pay Zoom a fair bit of money every month for your services and should not be visually assaulted in this fashion. It’s incredibly poor taste. I’m a bit incredulous that this is, in fact, the correct place to make this request, but that’s what was suggested.

Note that I regularly click the X to hide the ad, but various ads still keep reappearing.

Couldn’t agree more with OP. This is really degrading the team experience for our paid account.
