Do users created as part of a JIT/SSO process trigger the ‘user created’ webhook? The documentation makes it sound like it would only be triggered if another user manually created the new user.

We’re considering monitoring user creation so we know which users are valid for being added as alternative hosts, but it would have to work with JIT/SSO creation.
