User Left Webhook not working sometimes once the user leaving the meeting

We use the webhook triggered from Zoom after the user exits a meeting to manage the number of participants in our database. Sometimes the webhook is not received on a successful user exit.

We are using Left Meeting webhook, FYR : https://developers.zoom.us/docs/api/rest/webhook-reference/

Can you help me to resolve this issue ? Is there any specific situation where webhook may not trigger ?
