/users/{userId}/meetings settings additional features

The meeting host has access to a variety of options when they enter a meeting. For example, they can select to have participants enter muted, or to disable participant renaming.

The OAuth API /users/{userId}/meetings has a setting for mute_upon_entry. However, there is no documented option for disable_renaming. There are a large number of similar options which are not available in /users/{userId}/meetings settings.

Describe the solution you’d like
While we specifically need disable_renaming, having all of these options available in /users/{userId}/meetings settings is just a good idea. This way defaults can be set, and the host can elect to change them at some point during the meeting.

In addition, there should be associated options which disable features and make them unavailable in the UI to change for even the host. For example, hide_rename_option.

Describe alternatives you’ve considered
The only alternative is to rely on the meeting host to properly set up a meeting before participants join. While this seems like a good workaround, we are talking about K12 teachers and students. The less they have to fiddle, the more productive meetings can be.
