Using non-dev account as admin

Description
We’re in the process of integrating the Zoom SDK into our app. However, we’re encountering a problem: if the admin account used is not a developer account, other participants are unable to join.

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a meeting in Zoom app using a different account (*not the account used for development or the account used to sign up here)
2. Enter the meeting ID and passcode that were created into our app.
3. No join requests sent in the Zoom app

Hi @CastingApp, to join meetings outside of your own account, your app will need to be reviewed (and be either listed or unlisted) on the Zoom App Marketplace.

We’re in the process of submitting our app to the Zoom Marketplace, but we’re encountering issues. We can’t find the “From Marketplace” option in the “Adding your app” section, and there’s also no production tab available.

Hi @CastingApp, I checked your app, looks like this app is an SDK OAuth app, created before we’ve rolled out the “General App” type, which consolidates all app types into a new build flow. This new build flow shows the tabs for Development and Production; but you still have the same functionality. For the choice to Add from Marketplace - this may be affected by the app being submitted; those settings look locked while in review. If you withdraw the app from review, you’ll be able to change th…
