V1.7.7 joining fail with no reason


My production system has crashing because there is a new message saying “joining fail” when users trying to connect to the meeting through Zoom WebSDK.

Which version?

I see for that meeting there were over 1,000 participants. Since that accounts meeting capacity is 1,000 you most likely reached the limit and that is why the error was thrown.

Sorry. This seems to be false. Because we were well under the 1000 participants. We only had 250+ users.

However we faced the same problem again today.


This time we had only 2 users in the meeting? What is going on here?

Perhaps the meeting number is wrong, because I see that meeting was started on 2020-07-06 10:58:18(GMT) and had 541 attendees and a duration of 208 minutes.

Please base64 decode your Web SDK signature, the meetingID will be the 2nd param, make sure it is the correct meeting ID.
