Video displaying white noise on some devices

Description
After upgrading to the latest SDK 4.4.55968.0904 started getting white noise in video on some devices. Work fine with SDK prior to x64 support for android.

To Reproduce(If applicable)

  1. Launch example2 app
  2. Join meeting
  3. Local video will display white noise as shown in the screenshot

Happens on the following devices

Video white noise is much worse on XP8800 compared to LEX L11n. It works fine on other devices we tested so far Pixel 3a, Pixel 3XL, Nexus5, Nexus 5X and Samsung S8

Thanks for using Zoom SDK and thanks for the info. Just want to confirm, is this issue happening on the previous SDK version that has x64 support(We introduced x64 support in https://github.com/zoom/zoom-sdk-android/releases/tag/v4.4.55130.0712)? Or it just happening with this specific version https://github.com/zoom/zoom-sdk-android/releases/tag/v4.4.55968.0904?

Yes it also happened with the previous version of x64 SDK.
