Some of our sessions are flickering for all the members.
The last session id that happened was k2F3+VelT++XmPsHxocixg==. It flickered for some time but returned to normal after this.
For more information, we’re using the web package version 2.1.10
How can I proceed?

The typical solution for flickering video is to disable hardware acceleration in the browser or the application itself. I’m not experienced enough with Video SDK to know if there’s a programmatic / configurable way to do this, but if your guests are using the consumer Zoom client from the web or app store, they should be able to disable it in their settings.

After analyzing the session, we found that there was a period of frequent resizing or repositioning of the video-player.
Could you help confirm if this was happening? This could be the cause of the video flickering.

Hi @vic.yang,
Yes, that was the reason. When the user spoke, we added a border to their tile, which caused the video size to change.
To resolve this, we now keep the border consistently applied and only change its color instead.
