Video HW acceleration on custom devices

Hi, we are testing zoom application on a custom device to understand if it fits our needs.

 

Unfortunately we notice that H.323 coded (and h.264 video) is not accelerated; and video resolution is very poor and CPU load very high.

 

We are working on a platform on NXP i.MX6 Quad processor.  We now that this platform supports h323 acceleration and Skype works fine.

Can someone help us in understanding why HW acceleration is not recognized by Zoom ?

Sorry, currently Android device just support 360P video quality, our Zoom are working on to support 720P or higher video resolution, but now there is still no estimate date.
