Video issue in not chrome based browsers

Description
We encountered an error with video playback when running the embedded component view on non–Chrome-based browsers. When two users connect using these browsers, the first user who enables video works as expected, but the second user who turns on their video sees a black square.

Which Web Meeting SDK version?
We are using @zoom/meetingsdk": “~3.11.0”

To Reproduce(If applicable)

1. Embed component view on your site
2. Don’t use SharedArrayBuffer(COI)
3. Create meeting
4. Connect first user from Firefox/Safari browser
5. Connect second user from Firefox/Safari browser
6. Switch on camera at user1
7. Switch on camera at user2
8. Second user video will absent with black square instead

I posted this same bug back on Jan 7th. It is still present in 3.12.0.

Black screen issue not fixed in 3.11.0 like release notes say

Release notes for 3.11.0 say fixed in client view “When sharing a high-resolution screen on Safari 14.7.1, the other end receives a black screen.” - however this issue is still broken for component view. If a user turns on a camera in safari first, the other users screen shows as black. I have attached the javascript error below for when this happens.
