Own video is black. After changing the view, own video is shown

Description
I have a problem with displaying my own camera video in the web app.

Error
When I start the meeting, my own video is just black with my name in it.
When I change the view from speakeer view to grid view or vice versa, the camera view is “activated” and I can see myself.

Other participants of the meeting can see me all the time, even when my own video is shown black at my web app.

I´m getting two errors. But these errors occur before I start the camera.

Don´t mind the first screenshot with the broken CSS.
I fixed the error:

But still the same error on multiple different devices with Chrome.
In Firefox, there is no problem.
