Hello,
A few users reported issues watching recordings on their mobile devices. We were able to reproduce the issue. A recording gets stuck, the loading spinner appears, but the video does not play until the the video skipped forward manually.
This happens to some recordings. Usually the playback gets stuck within first 2min of the video.
