Unable to play recordings on some mobile devices

I’m getting the following playback errors on the recording for webinar id 948 3885 5012:

Galaxy A10 – Android 10 – Latest Chrome App

iPhone 5s – iOS 12.4.8 – Safari, latest version for the OS

These devices are able to play other recordings, and that recording will play on other devices such as Pixel 3. There have been no issues using any desktop.

What could be causing this issue? Should I be using a different play URL for mobile devices?

Since this appears to be in reference to Zoom Recordings and the Zoom Web Client/Mobile App, you’ll want to raise this with Zoom Support, as they’ll be best suited to look into recording playback and web client/mobile app issues for you.
