Video SDK Cloud Recording and Transcription

I am looking for some help to enable cloud recording transcripts on my Video SDK Account.

In the documentation it states this

I have enabled this option in the JWT used to start the session, however I still do not get transcripts along side my recordings. I do have a Cloud Recording | 1TB license applied to my account.

Is there another option needed to enable this feature. I saw on another post where @ticorrian.heard replied to a user with a screenshot of an accounts settings where the option “Create audio transcript” is available to be selected:

However my account settings does not have this option to be able to select:

Is this the reason the transcripts are not available, if so how do I enable them?
