API Endpoint(s) and/or Zoom API Event(s)
session.recording_transcript_completed webhook event
Description
We have a Video SDK application, and are working on implementing the new session transcripts feature, but are running into an issue where, after enabling the event under our webhook configuration, it never seems to fire. The transcripts do get generated, so that doesn’t seem to be the problem. Additionally, other webhooks are running fine, so we’re pretty confident it’s not a firewall/networking issue.
This is happening across multiple subaccounts (used for different test environments). Any help would be appreciated!
