Is there a way to get a download url for just the audio stream within a video recording from the Contact Center API?
We only need the audio for this project, and there are maximum download sizes limitations that we are running into. If we could just get the audio stream it would obviously be much smaller.
I don’t see a way to do it, but thought I would ask!
