We believe that having the contact_center.recording_completed webhook support both Voice and Video recordings will be extremely beneficial for us as well as others in our market.
Currently the webhoek only supports voice recording as confirmed in post ZCC - Recording Event - Video and Voice Clarity - #4 by elisa.zoom
This unfortunately means that we have to query the Contact Center RestAPI for the video recordings resulting in high query rates to your API and a delay in processing compared to receiving the event.
