We are seeing an error "Zoom SDK not generating valid meeting-join signature" and now our app isn't working after looking into the Zoom BuildFlow Conversion

Hi,

Our published app (Tetra) is no longer working for some reason. All of a sudden today we are seeing an error that we can’t get a valid meet-join signature and that our credentials are invalid.

We are using Recall.ai and it has been working fine for the last year or so since we submitted the app. Yesterday we started looking into what we need to do for the buildflow conversion and the EU DSA data and today the app stopped working.

It seems like our app is no longer published/submitted or in a weird state - I am not sure whats going on.

Can we please get some help? Thank you!

Given our app is suddenly, and currently not working we have not proceeded with the buildflow conversion. Should we? Any help would be much appreciated to get our credentials up and running again.

We have just hear back from Recall - the error code they are seeing from the Zoom SDK is 3712
