Bot unable to join for whitelisted Zoom app with error "The Zoom SDK was not able to generate a valid meeting-join signature"

We (Apollo.io) are creating a zoom meeting sdk app (Apollo.io Conversations for Recall.ai) which we intend to publish, we use recall.ai’s bots to record meetings. The sdk key was whitelisted by zoom 3 weeks back and we set it up to be used for sending a bot into a meeting.

We have verified that the bot joins for apollo zoom links (eg - "https://apollo.zoom.us/j/89266415404"). However, for other links like "https://pooja-onelogin-test.zoom.us/j/5590000559?pwd=Q1FPdE03S1FkUUh1QUkzam83SXhGZz09" or "https://us04web.zoom.us/j/77474718620?pwd=oB8hJQabZ9kso9Mi75aBfMObidSbBQ.1", we get an error saying:
“The Zoom SDK was not able to generate a valid meeting-join signature. This could mean that the meeting link is malformed, or the Zoom SDK credentials provided are invalid.”

This is needed for us to get the app verified and publish for usage.

@yoon.conner has been trying to review our app and have failed to do so because of this error. Tagging @amanda-recallai for visibility.
