I was hoping that I will find some information about web developers in this thread, but I didn’t. Just hire one, duh! I used to work as a web developer and back end software engineer and I can tell you that nobody will help you for free. Because time = money.
Now that’s interesting. How did you get this job? I mean, as a back end software engineer. I tried to do it several times, I’ve sent my CV to different companies and they didn’t email me back. And I don’t know why. Because I do have experience in this area. Maybe my CV was made wrong? One of my friends here told me that it really is a source of a problem.
