Web Meeting SDK 1.9.9 can't join meeting for some devices

I’m using Web Meeting SDK 1.9.9, but when join meeting, UI zoom can’t working. It’s only show black screen.

The special thing is that only a few computers have this problem

Please helpe me solve this problem

Can you share an image of what you’re seeing on the screen please?

Have you also tried testing with the latest client?

I found cause. URL load is 403 show cannot join meeting. Thanks for reply !
