Web SDK 17.4 Allow to Talk not working

Im using the web 1.7.4 sdk to join a meeting. When a host from the desktop client click on my attendee (the 1.7.4 web sdk) and click “Allow to Talk” the host gets a message:

When I try to make the user a panelist, he gets booted out of the meeting.

Unfortunately promote to panelist is not supported yet on the Web SDK.
