WEB SDK Gives Access Denied

I am trying to download the Web SDK to which it is giving me access denied.

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

Which Web Client SDK version?
Downloading the latest version v1.9.1

To Reproduce(If applicable)
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Marketplace and under developing build app
  2. Click on view here in your web SDK
  3. Under download click on the web and click the download button.
  4. You will get access denied with missing styles error.


Device (please complete the following information):

  • Laptop
  • UBUNTU - 18.04


I believe this is a bug with the Zoom App Marketplace. Instead, please visit https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/sdk/native-sdks/web and follow one of the install guides there, neither of which will require you to download any files. You can use NPM or CDN to serve the Web SDK.

Thank you for reaching out to the Zoom Developer Forum and for reporting this issue. I can confirm that this is a known issue we are working to resolve ASAP.

In the meantime, as @alexmayo indicated, you can follow the steps here in order to install and use the Web SDK.
