I am trying to find where to subscribe to the notifications in my webhook app on who watched/viewed meeting/webinar videos. Does that exist?
Zoom currently does not provide a specific webhook for tracking who has watched or viewed meeting or webinar videos. The available webhooks primarily cover events such as meeting start and end, participant join and leave, and recording events.
However, you can track recording views through the Zoom API. The Recording endpoint can provide you with information about recording downloads and playbacks.
