I have successfully created webinar using api. Host and attendees are able to join webinar.
But when host unmutes attendee, attendee is not able to view host’s camera recording. Why is it happening like that?

This would be a support.zoom.us question.
But I think you have to promote the attendee to panelist, then they can turn on camera.
