We are running an internal event and are trying to work out how to transition between different groups of speakers. We will have groups of people speaking (between 1-5) for a few minutes each and are hoping to keep the transitions as smooth as possible.
I was hoping that the panelists APIs would let me do this, but sadly they don’t seem to have an effect on the live webinar. Is there any way of doing this, or can you suggest a different way of doing this?
There is no API to manage participant camera transitions.
The best way to do this in my experience, is to have the panelists turn off their videos and mics once they are done speaking, and the other panelists turn their videos and mics on when it is their turn. The Zoom technology will then show the appropriate people at the appropriate time.
